Why did I create this company? Or why did we?
It’s always “we.” We created this company because I got tired of trying to convince businesses to change the way they look at their company. When your company has an internal conflict, or does not align with a purpose and values, then everything we do as marketers is for naught. You can’t build a brand with lies. And if you can, I don’t want to learn how.
I believe that our job as marketers is to tell your story. The truth, the passion behind what you do and the people that help you do it (your company, customers included). To do this, you have to have an internal revolution, deep inside yourself. Focus within your company. Foster relationships from the ones you already have. Stop trying to appear big when you’re small. Quit worrying about your competitors. You need to love what you do (if you don’t, do something else), you need to hire people that feel the same (if they don’t, find people who do). You need to be comfortable with making mistakes, learning with those around you. With truth, fear has no place. When a company realizes who they are and what they stand for, we can begin telling their story. And nothing sells better than a bonafide true story.
I believe once you know who you are and what you value, only then can achieve the ultimate goal— happiness; harmony. And if this isn’t your ultimate goal, I can’t work with you. Because who doesn’t want to be happy?
What Does REVOLT Do?
We prepare companies for effective, efficient marketing by building a brand foundation:
- who you are — identity
- why you do it — purpose
- what you do — marketing strategy
- how you do it — ideal customer
It’s all a story — a true one.
Why name a company REVOLT?
We chose the name because you have to change the way you think. You have to create a revolutionary change in your perspective based on your image and identity. You have to look for simplicity and realize truth is easier— it’s more effective. It’s more efficient. To most it’s unnatural at first, but when it becomes natural, we can begin connecting the dots— building your company based on who you are and what you stand for.
There’s no jarring change that needs to occur. That’s not the REVOLT. It’s a simple, but drastic change in the way you look at your company and your company’s image. Look at it this way- ask yourself – do my customers know my story? Do my employees know my story? Would they both tell it the same way? Do they like the story?
